Golden Plains Insurance has once again demonstrated its dedication to the community by making a generous donation to the Tri-State 911 Tribute Foundation.

Golden Plains Insurance agents Nick Palmer, Branson Jennings, and Reygan Gibbs recently presented the contribution to Tri-State 911 Tribute Foundation President Doug Harbour and President-Elect Don Wilson.

Golden Plains Insurance often supports local organizations and initiatives that strengthen the community, make a positive impact, and honor first responders and hometown heroes.

SPRINGFIELD, CO — The Golden Plains Insurance team traded in their desk chairs for parade floats on August 1st, 2026! Some members from Lamar and Walsh headed to Springfield to join in the annual festivities at the Baca County Fair.

Many of the team showed up to support the local community with plenty of team spirit:

• The Parade Float: The team worked together to design, build, and decorate a custom float for the fair's signature parade.
• Matching Gear: Everyone suited up in matching team t-shirts to represent Golden Plains Insurance along the route.
• Community Connection: From waving to familiar faces to handing out smiles to neighbors, the event was a fantastic way to celebrate the vibrant local community.

"There’s nothing quite like small-town fair season! Building the float together and seeing the community come out in full support made for an unforgettable day."
From start to finish, a fun time was had by all. A big thank you to the organizers of the Baca County Fair and everyone in Springfield who stopped by to cheer on the parade!
