Amanda Forgey was born and raised on a farm south of Walsh. After graduating from Walsh High School in 2006, she continued her education at CSU-Pueblo, where she earned a bachelor’s degree with a dual major in Accounting and Management (with an emphasis in Marketing) in 2010. Amanda has a deep affection for her corner of the state and takes great pleasure in assisting others. She is excited to be a part of the team at Golden Plains Insurance and looks forward to building relationships with both the team and her customers. When not at work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and friends, particularly her nieces and nephew. Amanda also enjoys a range of hobbies, including reading, sewing, crafting, baking/cooking, fishing, and she very much enjoys an occasional road trip.
